Critical Comments
A photograph of Interstate 25 motorway, running between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, was taken with a hand-modified 35 mm camera whose frame proportions approximate the Ultra Panavision 70 cinematic format. The resulting series of images was used to embed visualizations of the Billboards project into the American backcountry, submitted to the VEHICLE competition.
